Precautionary procedures for ships berthing at the port

The procedures issued by the International Maritime Organization and the maritime transport sector are applied as follows:

- The quarantine procedures are carried out on ships at anchor while they are still on dock by the quayside phase via the quarantine officials at the port and obtaining a copy of the disease-free certificate.

- No services are provided to ships except in the presence of a quarantine representative.

- Delegates are subject to the same procedures as visitors, in the sense that wearing protective apparatus is a must.

- Ensure that the protection apparatus specified by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation are worn by all Shift workers.
