MILESTONES

The beginning of MIDTAP success bg forms

Signing the contract of implementing the first phase (BLT Contract), related to the establishment of the infrastructure, utilities, services, and storage tanks inside the General Free Zone in Al Amerya for an amount of 216 millions US dollars.

MIDTAP Pier 

A contract was signed with the Arab Company for Oil Pipelines (SUMED) for storing and pumping the crude oil into the lines of MIDTAP Company through the pipelines of SUMED for a period of 25 years.

Receiving the first tanker for exporting petroleum products.

Styrene handling & Petroleum Coke Storage Hangar 

Constructing facilities for styrene handling and transporting from company's marine pier to the site of the Egyptian Company for Styrene and Polystyrene Production (Estyrenics) in Dekheila Port.

Construction of a Petroleum Coke Storage Hangar at the company’s site in Dekheila Port to protect the environment from emitted dust.

Amend one of the company’s loading arms 

Work has been completed to amend one of the company’s loading arms to allow the receiving LPG vessels to face the shortage in the quantities of gas in the local market during the winter season.

First LPG vessel - Adriatica Gas - berthed at The Pier on Nov. 2016, loaded with a quantity of 13000 tons of gas coming from UK.

Contracts Renewal  

Renewal the BOOT Contract with Midwater for supplying raw water to MIdor refinery.

Renewing the back-to-back contract with MIDOR to provide the Refinery with Raw water for operation needs.

Renewing the BL contract for off-fence product pipelines , on-shore and off-shore pier facilities at El-Dekheila port
