- Alternative means of communication have been practiced, using communication technology to hold distant meetings and communicate among workers through electronic meeting platform (Zoom program)

Create groups for all employees of the company, committees and departments on WhatsApp.

- In case the need to work remotely or leave the admin building has arisen, all important and confidential data has been encrypted and copied to external storage media ensuring the secure and smooth business continuation.

Precautionary procedures followed by all employees and visitors to the company without exception, before entering any of the company's sites or admin buildings

- The fingerprint device has been deactivated; attendance is recorded by security and the department direct manager responsible.

- Temperature of all employees and visitors on the company's site and premises is measured upon entry by the medical department representative. In case of high temperature, the security department representative is to take the precautionary measures as well as recording such data in special data files to follow up on the case.

- Except for Business continuation, all visits have been suspended in the company’s premises.

- Providing and requiring all visitors to wear protective masks while in the company, after measuring the temperature and ensuring their safety.

- Companies Representatives are being greeted in a private room and during specific working hours after taking all the precautionary measures mentioned beforehand, and that room is being sanitized daily.

- A study is underway to purchase the sanitization gates and temperature measuring to sterilize all visitors to the company before entering.

Indoors precautionary measures

- Reducing company meetings, except when necessary, maintaining a one-meter distance among individuals and with protective masks, or perhaps the use of "video conferencing".

- Provide disinfectants for sterilization beside elevators and corridors inside the company’s.

- Disinfecting all the administrative buildings completely weekly.

- Cleansing commonly used areas daily and periodically.

- Providing the company cars with sterilization materials and masks.

- Car disinfection upon returning from outdoor meetings.

Additional preventative measures for the company's site in Al Dekheila port pertaining to the nature of the site

- Customers visiting the port are to wear the necessary protection apparatus with the permanent use of disinfectants provided by the company in all locations, whether administrative or security.

- Activating the port's emergency plan in coordination with the company's leaders in accordance with the instructions of Mr. Engineer Chairman and Managing Director.

- Organizing security / technical shifts at the site to comply with the provisions of the Prime Minister decree, as well as instructions and periodic books issued by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation to abide by the curfew in a way that guarantees the competent flow in business (shipping / unloading / maintenance).
